2000 SERIES PNEUMATIC MODULES

Fuse-Tec tm air-operated welding modules can be used in all types of applications for the welding of very small (3 mil wires) to quite substantial (1/8″ wires or larger) parts. They are designed to be equally effective in any position, even upside-down, using a low mass, almost friction-free ball or crossed roller slide assembly coupled with an off-the-shelf air cylinder. Together, these combine to offer a wide variety of force ranges with fast follow-up forging action. Originally intended to be used in the Automatic Assembly Machine field, these units, with simple, rugged frames, have become the standard of our air-operated bench welding head line.
